Whether you are a professional amateur wishing to hone your skills, a prodigious six year old preparing a meal for the family or a corporate body looking for that all import team building event, Valentina Harris–author of over 20 Italian cookery books–will be pleased to take you by the hand and guide you through the intricacies of the perfect risotto, fresh pasta with six different sauces or a plethora of authentic traditional dishes from the various regions of Italy.

At the various venues throughout the London area, each lesson is devoted to a different aspect of Italian cuisine covering techniques, best use of ingredients, sourcing ingredients, Italian anecdotes, history connected to the dishes and wine suggestions–the latter not necessarily relevant for the Teens and Kids programme! There will be plenty of opportunity for lively interaction and Valentina promises lots of fun as well as plenty of instruction–you might even learn some Italian too!

Most of these sessions will start promptly at 10:00 and will last until 13:00 or thereabouts (unless otherwise stated) when lunch will be served. Some of our classes are evening sessions, followed by supper instead. Everyone is welcome–a passion for Italian food is the only pre-requisite!
