The Taste-Italia cookery schools were started in 2002 by Leo and Maureen Smith. Originally founded in six beautiful, historic locations in Tuscany and Le Marche and now with a successful UK school here in South East Essex, this is a wonderful school, bright and airy, with a huge organic vegetable garden and a traditionally built pizza oven.
Taste-Italia is located 2 miles from the High Street of Billericay and Billericay Train Station (Liverpool Street line), and is 10 miles from Brentwood.
To reach Taste-Italia, take Junction 29 on the M25 and then take the A127 in the direction of Southend to Billericay. From Billericay High Street, travel down Norsey Road and into Ramsden Heath via Heath Road. Taste-Italia is also only 40 minutes from Stansted Airport.
