Summer Antipasti

Simple and deliciously light starters including: frittata, spinach and ricotta tart, tuna tartare, bresaola rolls with rocket, roasted pepper salad, panzanella, deep fried sage leaves with anchovy, aubergines with ricotta in tomato sauce, crostini with vongole, warm pears with gorgonzola.

Each £60 session includes coffee on arrival, a glass of wine and a 3 course lunch or supper at The Brasserie. If you would like to invite a friend to come and join you for lunch, they will be most welcome–at the cost of £15 per person.

You will be given a presentation folder to take home with you complete with recipes from the demonstration.

In addition, participants will benefit from £5 off a personally signed cookery book and £100 discount on holidays at Villa Valentina Cookery Holidays.
